Architectural tour around the world!

March 01, 2011

Studying architecture has caused me to fall in love with buildings. When you see awesome architecture from the outside, the same feeling must translate when you experience the space. I remember feeling that way when we took up History of Architecture in class when I was in college. My dream is to see the basilicas in Europe in person, Paris, Milan, London, the buildings in Dubai (Burj Al Arab!) see Angkor Wat, Eiffel Tower in Paris, the buildings in Singapore, Tokyo. I basically want to go on an architectural tour around the world.

How the architects come up with these awesome structures just amazes me. If given a chance, I would like to pick through their brains. Awesome (there is no more appropriate term. hehe) architecture. :)
