THE GOD OF THE HILLS AND VALLEYS. Have you ever felt that there were days that nothing has happened as you have planned? Just one by one, things were beginning to unravel? 

I've had days like these. When I missed my shuttle by seconds. When I had too much stress in the office. Or just plain bombarded with negative thoughts, or going through a rough time in my life. I have learned (and I am still learning)  that in all things, God is in control, He is God and He has you in the palm of His hands, He is looking down on you, and He can see your pain, your situation.

There are times that I have felt down and defeated, sometimes wondering and asking God why He allows these hard times to happen in our lives. Then God reminds me that although I may not see the big picture yet, He is there, He is making all things right for me. He is with me in the hills, in the good times and He is with me in the valleys, the difficult and hard times. 

As my favorite song of the moment says: 

No matter what I have, Your grace is enough
No matter where I am, I'm standing in Your love

When I'm standing on the mountain, I didn't get there on my own
When I'm walking through the valley, I know I am not alone!

Know that whatever you are going through, you are not alone. God is with you, even though you cannot see or feel it. He will see you through, just trust Him. :)
