ZAP TAG YOUR WAY TO REWARDS!

ATTENTION SHOPPING ADDICTS AND FOODIES! We have found a great way to shop, dine, get the services you love, and getting rewards while doing what it! ZAP is a rewards and loyalty platform that just started operations in March 2013. We introduce shoppers to a world of rewards (yes lots of rewards!) by partnering with popular brands and offering 2%-15% Cashback which can be accumulated and used to purchase anything across the ZAP network. Similar with credit card rebates, shoppers accumulate more points as they spend more at partner merchants.

I was excited to be invited to Zap’s first Bloggers’ Meet-Up! The Zap Crawl BGC as it was called by the team, consisted of an awesome afternoon at the Bonifacio Global City grounds,
taking a tour of just some of the many Zap merchants. We were treated to several stops featuring delicious food discoveries (so loved Sunshine Kitchen’s food!!!) useful beauty tips and relaxing poses from some of ZAP’s 31partner merchants in the area.
Loyalty and rewards cards have been done many times, many ways, but the ZAPtag is the Philippines’ first-ever rewards smart sticker that you can stick to your phone and have it with you at all times. It’s accepted at over 200 establishments in the metro.
With a ZAPtag, one could splurge at favorite stores like Adidas, Digital Walker, Titania Wine Cellar, Office Warehouse and The Spa. Stuff your belly at Happy Lemon, Draft Gastropub, Burgoo, Mesa or Red Mango. Every time, you get 2% to 15% Cashback Points credited when you tap your ZAPtag at our terminals—one point = one peso. The more you spend, the more points you earn. Tap your ZAPtag again to use your points to pay for any item across the ZAP network. Isn’t that just great! The shopper in me totally loved this concept!

The afternoon began at Sunshine Kitchen where we were greeted by the ZAP team and event host Spike Acosta. We so loved all the dishes that were served, but I think I’ll come back (and super crave!) for the Four Cheese pasta!

Next up was Urban Ashram Manila is located at the Active Fun building. Studio manager Lexi Payumo gave a rundown of some effective poses to perform while typing at your computer. Bloggers received complimentary one-week passes to try out Urban Ashram Manila on their own time. ZAPtag holders get 10%-15% Cashback on yoga classes.

Wink Laser and Wax Studio was the third stop of the crawl. My good friend and fellow blogger, Jen was treated to a FREE eyebrow wax. It was her first time to have waxed eyebrows, and she loved it! We are definitely going to try out their other services. I specially loved the design of their store, very chic, and clean, but also so innovative and fun!
Owner Holly Chang shared the studio’s philosophy on providing a hygienic, painless solution to hairy woes. Tip – waxing the eyebrows is a lot better than threading . I was already planning to visit again to try having my eyebrows waxed. ZAPtag holders get a regular 5% Cashback on laser and waxing services except for packages.

Last stop for the day was Slice—ZAP’s newest partner merchant. I loved the cozy and sophisticated interiors, and their bestseller cupcakes that they let us try. :) It's a great place to hangout with friends. :)

have a SLICE of cake! :)
I loved SLICE's interiors, so cozy, but not losing its sophistication.
and not to mention the delish sweet treats! :)

The ZAP team gave its final words of gratitude to everyone who participated and made the event a success! Meanwhile, mouthwatering cupcakes and sweets were up for ZAPs as bloggers used their ZAP points to pay for their chosen treat on top of getting 5% Cashback.

You too can enjoy a lifetime of rewards by signing up for a FREE account online at www.zap.com.ph. Here’s a short video on why you should join thousands who have discovered ZAP: https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=4RGm7BD2JQY
